When a make a backup of a DVD I like to keep the menu. This was something that I had no problem with when i used RemPeg2. But now that i use the CCE+DVDMaestro method, i couldnt yet make one with menu. I dont understand the instructions in the forum because:
they say that i need to have all my still menus as 24 bit bitmaps in 720x576, and i dont know how to capture them.
When the menu isnīt a still one how do I insert it in the dvd.
Can someone help me?

When the original DVD has animated menus you have several choices:
Rip the animated menu backround video streams and drop them into the Maestro menu editor as you would do with a bitmap.
OR
Rip the animated menu backround video streams, then re-encode them with CCE if you need them smaller (unlikely but sometimes you do need to shave off a few megabytes here and there to fit your project onto a DVD-R) and drop them into the Maestro menu editor as you would do with a bitmap.
OR
Use Power DVD or WinDVD to make a "screen grab" still snapshot of the animated menu background, then use this snapshot to create a non-animated version of the menu by dropping this captured bitmap into the Maestro menu editor as described in the Doom9 guide.
OR
Re-author using the IFO-edit method instead, but I've never used this so don't ask me how! :)
