help! question in encode audio

i used dvd2avi to rip the ac3 file
use azid decode the ac3 to wav,then lame
the origin audio length is about 3h40'
but now,the result is only 1h40'
i have recognized in DVD2AVI,the vob files conclude 2 cells
now the finally mp3 output file is only corresponding the first cell
how can i do now?

did you actually play the mp3 for 1h40m? or did you open it up in WMP? WMP can't handle VBR. Also, you could try BeSweet and post your logfile if the problem still exists.
