I know that u should use deinterlace to do it but I'm using the Avisynth 2.5 alpha and I don't know if a filter does exist for that ver. Can u recommend to me the plug in & where to dl it???

When using the link posted above, be sure to get the latest version, as several are posted in the thread. You want DecombYV12 4.03 beta 5. If you have straight interlaced video, use FieldDeinterlace().

What are the parameters of the Decomb's FieldDeinterlace, Decimate and telecine???
What do these filter options do???

What do these filter options do??? I haven't done the help file for YV12 yet. But you can use the one for the YUY2 version, taking into account the text file shipped with the YV12 version. Get the YUY2 version from my web site.
