Hi, Peoplez

I'm encoding my movies using DVD2SVCD with TMPGEnc 2.57, 2pass VBR. And the quality is quite good. But there are still those fucking pixles looking like midgeswarms around moving objects especially humans. Can anyone tell me how to clean this away?

CCE 1-pass VBR, 0-2500(or better 0-3500 for XSVCD), 40-55, 8-10.
For noisy source or interlaced source add some good filter.

I heard that you should only use cce version 2.50 and no outher version. is that correct? and if it is, where do i get this version from?

a trial version of v2.50 is in doom9 download session. Other version search the web/eDonkey.
