Vstrip demux an ac3 file, need some insight

Since i am not used to using Vstrip, i was wondering if i only want 1 ac3 file from the vob files, under output do i need to ck both demux and ac3 header, or demux only, or both and gop headers...I am unclear on this of what i really need to ck. The guide shows how to get a ac3 ripped as a vob file.

I am thinking this might be where i am messing up trying to rip the ac3 audio from starwars2.
