goign to last keyframe at size=?

I know there is an option to go to the last keyframe before a certain file size for proper spliting. And I even know there has been a thread about it. I've seen it. But for the life of me I can't remember what the command is, nor can I find the thread. So sory about posting a duplicate thread, but I couldn't find it.

Maybe because the option isn't available in the regular VD, but was introduced by nando in nandub. It is available in the latest versions of VirtualDubMod though. I think it is on the bottom of the Edit menu.
