Hello all,

I hope this is not a redundant post but I have spent the last few days searching the forums to no avail. Basically, I am trying to back-up the extras from the Grinch cartoon DVD. It is a Warner Brothers release with multiple PGCs and one IFO. I have tried selecting the individual pgc of 8 minutes from the conversion tab. I am prompted to select from two English language options. I have tried both. Both times, I get through most of the process untill I am told an mp2 file was not found. I have posted the log. I hope someone can help.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

Here is your issue:

Audio1 delay: -113 ms
Audio stream 0 was not found!
Audio extraction finished.

It seems that the audio stream that was chosen is either not really there, not supported (DTS) or there is another issue.

Try all of the other streams even if it says some other language. IFO files can often be wrong.

Thank you Mark. I will try that after work.

Still no good...tried all language streams and still same results. Funny thing though...DVD2SVCD only shows four audio tracks while clad dvd xp shows 5..any thoughts anyone?
Thanks

P.S.
I tried extracting the pgc with clad and 5th audio option also to no avail.

Play the ripped VOB files in PowerDVD or WinDVD and verify they are OK and that audio is really there. You won't be able to change the audio stream, but at least we will know if the files haven't become corrupted somehow.

Mark,

The ripped vob does play back normally with sound and all in WinDvd, it seems like the vob file (created?) by DVD2SVCD is absolutely perfect! Must I now convert the vob to another format (showing my ignorance here...I've never done that before and don't know how)? Thank you for looking and caring, Mark!

One more thing...

I feel I must add this...several months ago, I did successfuly back up that 8 minute extra up in VCD format using Clad...the problem is that I can't remember what I did or what audio stream I selected and such...sorry! Hope my computer hasn't gone crazy!
