Since I've been using DVD2SVCD I've noticed that at the start of each SVCD I create, the audio stammers and crackles for a couple of seconds (can't remember if it occurs on 1st disc or not)
Is this fixable?
Cheers,
Ian

Please be more descriptive in your title.
play in windvd. does it happen there? Does it happen if you go back to start after only a few seconds.
Many standalones treat the first few seconds differently, some cut them, others garble them. Windvd can tell you if they are fine on the disk.

I think this is normal for standalone players.
It depends on how fast the audio jumps. I noticed this because the the TERRIBLE tool (VCDXBuild) that is used to create the BIN files. It looks like it rounds off the time frames when creating the BIN file!!!
So when you have chapter 1 starting at time 0.000 it rounds it to something like 0.015 and then you might have a cracle on the player since it starts in the middle of a word!
CRAZY! Noiced this for as long as I've been using DVD2SVCD..
