"File is not a valid dvd2avi project"!!

This is the error message I get after using SmartRipper on a certain DVD. I haven't had this problem before. I recently formatted my PC and just put GordianKnot back on, and this is the error that comes up.

I then loaded DVD2AVI, loaded a VOB, and then saved the project under a different name. GordianKnot doesn't like this either! If I load the new project directly from DVD2AVI there is no problem.

Any know what's going on?
