This may be my fault but I'm not sure, under the Bitrate tab I changed CD Size to 800 thinking it was the difference between 74 min CDRs and 80 min, now on Reign of Fire, SWEP2, and something else, the the last image of each set is about 150 meg too big to burn. Is this because I switched it? Do I have to re-encode each movie or is there a quick fix for this?

If the Bin files are 807MB or less they will burn fine on 80 minute media. Use Nero's Image burn, not the wizard or use VCDEasy, CDRWIN or the foolproof method that is in the Q+A.

Before you post here you should really read all the Stickies including this one.

I did read the Q&A first. Its a bit over 900 meg... how do I burn that? I've tried nero and cdrwin... the bin is just too big.

If it's over 900mb and you had the CD size set to 800mb then something happened that shouldn't.
The linked post shows you how to make a good post with the pertinent info we need to be able to help.
Mostly we need the log file. Put it in a post using cut and paste, do not use attach.
