Well, if you are a Korean living overseas or in South Korea or any other national who can fluently write and translate from/to the Korean language and want to participate in the Korean translation, let me know please. I am most of the times available via MSN kennyshin@msn.com and newken2002@msn.com (but don't leave emails to these addresses). I'd also like to talk to Chinese/Japanese who are going to do their own translations.
If you are in South Korea, we can have a meeting in Seoul.

One person contacted me via MSN. He (sorry if not) told me that he's not a translator but can translate the guides. Please post here if you have ideas, suggestions, or want to partipate. It is vastly more complicated to translate an entire English-language site into a Korean one and it was even piteous to see the Korean Tom's Hardware Guide which I once thought of doing myself but found out others were already running the site in the late 90s.

I think the translation guidelines (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=28366) will come in really handy. They basically teach you whatever you need to know.
It's really important that you offer returning visitors something new so starting to translate the news is always good. As for guides make sure you have at least a couple of high profile guides ready - in the DivX area the 2 GordianKnot guides, in VCD/SVCD the dvd2svcd guide and in the dvd area the basic ifoedit guide, the dvd-9 to 2 dvd-5 guide and possibly the ifoedit/cce guide.
If you can't find a place to host to the documents let me know and we might be able to work something out.
