1st: I am making a vcd and after it was done converting I played the .mpeg and it would start playing and it would pause for a sec. or 2 then play for a sec. then pause on and on and the sound is perfect but I would keep playing so the sound would be off from the video.
2nd: After I riped the vob files I tested them and the first vob was good then the video on the rest(2-4) would play good but the sound would not be the actual movie's sound and would be the documantury of the movie. Telling about that part.
The 1st thing happend to all the movies I tried to make a vcd ,but The 2nd thing only happend to 2 movies: How High
The Fast And The Furios

Well the 1st thing I am not to sure on, so please dont get mad at me for asking this, but have you tried playing in different software players like powerdvd or windvd? Or tried the cd on a standalone using an rw to test?
The 2nd is pretty common though, when dvd2svcd rips the vobs all streams are still there (ie: every audio, every subtitle) and software players dont let you switch tracks. Windvd defualts to the last audio track weather thats a 2.0 dolby surround english or a directors commentary.
Hope that helps, and your vcd works :)

First for number 2 if you read around a little you would know that playing the Vob files in a Software DVD player does not allow you to change the audio stream. It will default to the last one I believe and cannot be changed. All the audio streams are there and can be converted.
What was the bitrate set to on your VCD? Did you use anything, but TMPG and 1150 CBR and 224 for the audio?
Did you change anything from when you loaded the VCD-Settings.ini file?
I believe I know excatly what is causing your issue, but need the above questions answered to be sure.
Whenever you have an issue it is best to post your entire log file using Cut and Paste. Also be sure to read ALL the stickies in this forum. I am sure they will answer many of your questions.
