Putting MPEG2 onto a DVD

I can copy DVD to DVD useing CCE and Spruceup but I've got a capture card (Creative) and have capture some MPEG2 video from TV and I don't know how to get it on to a DVD. I wondered if there is a tutorial on the subject or if somebody would be so kind as to explain what is needed.
