im newbie, i use dvd2svcs but have a problem

when im using dvd2svcs for make a vcd the movie always is slow like if is pausing, what i can do?

Please do a search of the forum and read the stickies up at the top, especially the Q&A and the "how to make a good post". Then report back with what you left out. Who knows, you may just find your question already answered in a previous topic.

Also you tittle needs to reflect the issue.
I am a Newbie and have a problem does not say what that problem is.

Check the DVD player list at www.vcdhelp.com to see if your DVD player supports VCD's. Keep in mind if it's an Apex they were forced to remove VCD support in April after being sued.
