Lord of the Rings extended...settings advice

[X-Nemesis]

Have any of you had successful settings for this movie for clear picture results...I always seem to be getting a fuzzy haze around the images in the film. Here are some of my settings I'm using

Resolution: 704X288
Load%: above 70%
NTSC Anamorphic
3 cd's with bitrate 1939kBit/s
AC3 merge with nandub

Any ideas?
