It's not a big thing but the new resize filter is called "Lanczos3" and not "Lanzcos3" (as it is called in the new VirtualDub).

I'm afraid the real name is lanczos3 !

Right, and VirtualDub has Lanzcos3 written.

How good is this new resize filter over bicubic/bilinear ?
Any speed and/or quality impovements ?

Read in the Avisynth Forum about this... It's basically the same algorithm, so it has similiar properties
