Smartripper stops at 45%

I'm ripping Star Wars episode I but smartripper stops ripping when it reaches 45%. I've tried to clean up the DVD but it doesn't work. I've tried to use DVD Decrypter and it doesn't work also. :confused:

must be a bad disc try another one
ive ripped over 300 dvd's(including this one)
using dvd decrypter

tried another one but the story is the same, but this time it stoped at 25%

Hi,
try to re-install the decrypter tool. One question about disc space ( is there enought space? ). Are you using a dvd-rom or the dvd burner?
Try enable DMA mode too.

What error do you get in dvd decrypter?

Nothing. It just stops.
After rebotting 100 times and cleaning the DVD 2000 times, i was able to rip the movie. But it wasn't the first time it happened. I use my DVD recorder to rip the movie.
