Scenarist And Subtitles Issue

Dear Friends,
i've got a strange problem with scenarist and subtitles.
I've got a movie track with one or more subtitle assets and one or more languages. How can I set the default play of the track to play without subtitles?
On every DVD we authored subtitles always start if not disabled from the language menu.

Is the forced option for the subtitles selected? That could be the problem. I'm not sure if being able to turn them off in a menu means that the 'force' option is the problem, but it's worth looking into.

Put a pre command and force the subtitle to value 32. this is a dummy value for subtitle.
