I have download the doom 9 site , when i open the html i see nothing .
in my internet browser , wat is wrong? some html is good looks like old-news.

try to browse your offline copy from the index.html page, and look out if everything works as it should... infact, due to some javascript code used in the single pages (guides, intros... etc), if u open 'directly' one of such pages (eg, a guide!) it tries to relocate itself into the original frames, thus failing and showing a blank (white) page!

at least i noticed this... check for the .js files, they shoudl be present in your mirrored fodlers :)
