anyone get the Winfast 2000XP working with VD?? (w/ Winfast frivers?)

as the title says, got my new Winfast 2000 :) but it wont work well with Virtual Dub. Actually it doesnt work, the picture is just fuzzy black and white and attempting to capture gets 50% dropped frames.

anyone ??

PS it only allows 320x240 res
being PAL here; i cant get 384x288(1/2) even! :(
