Please help to make Karaoke VCD

Anyone please help me how to make karaoke text using adobe premiere 6.5 and then encoding into mpg. Is ther any additional software/plugins need ?

So far I know there is no such plugins for Premiere. The professional Karaoke VCDs/DVDs are produced with special equipment(not x86-cpu or Windows compliant). The only knowing way to creat "self-made" Karaoke SVCDs is to use I-Author Deluxe, which can only create SVCD switchable subs in CVD style, which can not be displayed on some DVD players, if they can play SVCDs at all(50%-75%). The looking of the CVD-Subs are not so cool like the profis. But as mentioned, you can switch the subs on and off as you like at play time. The VCD/DVD karaoke can not.

So there's no other software for x86 cpu to create or add karaoke text and then burn into vcd/svcd/dvd ?
