DVD Maestro and assets

I have ALWAYS ERROR when import a file (ac3,m2v, mp2) in Maestro, but not the first! All others!
I inmport one file, then delete. I import a secont file then delete again. Then it easy for me to import the same two files!

Any HELP? ( please ! )
