cce can't find .avs with dvd2svcd after upgrading to windows 2000

I upgraded my os from Windows ME to Windows2000.
With ME dvd2svcd worked fantastic.
Buth now cce (sp250) can't open the avisynth .avs file and doesn't start.
Who knows I searched the forums but didn't find an answer.

I forgot to say that even in winsp4-nt5 compability mode it doesn't work.
I am not so good in spanish but I think it says that cce can't find the file in the register.
Should I use an another version of cce?

Reinstall avisynth.

Dont open first the avs.
Open the ecl file.
In 2.5 i had the same case.
if i opened the avs itself it crashed.
but maybe its just avisynth screwed.
Dont use the alpha avisynth...it really messes up dvd2svcd..(dont know why)
