pinnacle usb capture card

I was wondering if the pinnacle usb capture card (40-50$) be a good choice to capture my vhs to put on dvd. Thanks

I have the pctv pci card and it does decent. Not as good as some but it is cheap. I guess it depends on what you are transferring and how important it is to you.

Thanks for your reply . Im transfering vhs tapes to my computer and ultimetly dvd . Who makes the card you mention ? Is there one that would work good enough for my use thats not expensive ? Any advice would be appreciated .
