Encoding Speed with more Ram..

On Vidomi forum it seems a intel enhanced version has came out and offere over 50% performance on P4. Which is quite amazing and proberly due to the SSE optimazation. However as most hardware person knows P4 with SD Ram perform very poorly. But does memory bandwidth really matters on Video Encoding??
