imgtool 0.89 Bad DVD image, working DVD files....?

Hi,
I am at a loss on this one...
DVD Bugs Life, this has been ripped to HD and plays fine. I have region free'd the disk no problem. IFOedit is happy with the files. PowerDVD plays the files from the directory on my HD no problems. I create an image , open the image with daemon tools now powerDVD will not play the DVD it says unrecognised DVD format? I checked the files in the image with ifoedit and they checkout ok , however when I host play DVD in infoedit now I get Illegal Navigation Command....? This is the first time I have had this problem with imgtool bizare... Any body got any idea's whats going on? As far as I can tell all files/directories are in the correct places...

Oh I would just like to add that the DVD structure is intact as the original disk. No stripping etc. Just a straight rip and region patch.

Try with last version of Imgtool, choosing "DVD image" as DVD burner and tell us if you have the same prob.
