Ripping Chapters for Demo Purposes

Hi all,

I've checked the archives but can't find/don't understand the answer.

What I want to do is rip a single chapter from each of 3 or 4 movies and then play them off the hard drive as a demo for the home theater.

I've tried to rip an individual chapter using Smartripper (Apollo 13 - Launch ch 13), but apparently I'm doing it wrong because it won't play back.

Can someone please explain the exact settings to get this to work.

BTW, I'm trying to play them back using DVDStarter and Theatertek (In my opinion, by far and away the best DVD player - http://forums.theatertek.com/) although I have also tried with PowerDVD.

BONUS QUESTION: Is there any way to combine these chapters into a single file so that they would play one after the other.

Go into Settings, and in the "File - Splitting" box set "every chapter". Click "OK", select your angle, and unmark every check next to chapters you don't want. That should do the trick.
