Need A Good Calculator

It seems every calculator I have been using with CCE, single-pass, VBR turns out oversized. Any suggestions or a better calculator; maybe even technique?

if you want accurate encoding size, then use the multipass vbr instead, setting it to 1 pass will be 1 pass for vaf, then 1 pass for m2v.

Thanks for the response. So what you're saying is I should set my CCE to multipass with a setting of at least 2. Did I read that correct? Also what would happen if I set the quality setting to 5 or higher, lets say 12?
