This is very strange, because it only happens on my standalone DVD player, not in my DVD drive on my PC or by playing the DVD off of my hard drive. On my standalone when it gets to the next chapter it 'skips' slightly, meaning some of the screen gets fuzzy for a split second and the audio cuts out for a split second too.
The DVD is an .img of Star Wars Espisode II DVD, 4.33 GB. It does not happen with the original DVD, has anyone had anything similar happen to them? I have played numerous DVD-R's perfectly in my standalone, this is the only one that is giving me trouble.
What really gets me is that it works fine in my computer's DVD drive, but not on the standalone. I extracted the files from the image and looked at them through IFOedit and I didn't see anything 'out of the ordinary', though I don't know exactly what would cause this problem. I have tried several copies and results are all the same. Any help would be appreciated.
THanks, Chain.
