WB or Fox logo problem with rempeg

Is their any way to remove the WB logo when its part of the first VOB file of the movie.
When the logo is not the same resolution or not interlaced ( i`m not sure which causes the problem when using rempeg) the resulting movie has video shaking in some or all chapters.

Any help would be appreciated.

use vobedit to demux the first vob into cell_id's.

play each demuxed cell_id to see if it contains the logo ONLY.

if so, delete that cell_id file and remux the remaining vob's with vobedit.

you've probably done that, though.
