Hi all, strange adventure this week : Maxell and their new dvd-r serie screwed me. IE : I burned some DVD with my good ol' pionner DVR-S201 that has never missed and guess what : every DVD i burned was screwed : none gave me a good playback , movie freeze, menu skipping, unreadable media...
I called Maxell and ask about it...As a reply i had a rough "yeah...we know that, send'em back and we'll give ur money back then..."
The point is that i have client that are waiting fo their movies...and they expect us to deliver top quality...
I know about the compatibility probes and my question is : What if firms that produce DVDR decide that those compatibility issues are a good way of covering their asses while providing crap as DVDR?
Do yu think this idea is acceptable or do you think I'm just mad at Maxell and imagine some things... ?
