Anyone used the Image Creator tool in DVDMaestro (under "Tools" secion)? It asks for the directory with the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders and creates an image... It appears that the folders don't need to be created by DVDMaestro, can be any valid folders....

My question arises because I tried to use it and it created an image that was a coaster for me when I burned it to disk... Just wanted to know if I dicked it up or something....

and the creation of images is somewhat broken in various cracked versions of DVDMaestro.

Yes, in my old age :rolleyes:, I can't recall an exhaustive list of which builds were, ahem, "afflicted" by this issue, but I can tell you that 2144 was definitely guilty of an inability to compile correctly. 2192 and 2198a might well have been problematic with images too, but I cannot confirm this 100% - my memory fails me! :( :D

"What build revision of Maestro are you using with your officially-supplied dongle?" :D

and i once had a problem with creating an image with an overclocked system on a operating system that DVDMaestro doesnt support.

Back to our regularly scheduled programming :D.

I use the Disk Image Creation tool in DVD Maestro to create images for burning. The resulting DVDs work great in all the standalone and DVD-ROM units I have tried them in.

Using version 2.9 (build 2915a).
