Video Source Settings for TMPGEnc

Where TMPGEnc asks for the source video settings (Settings>Advanced), where can I get the most accurate information about the video to be put here.
I use IFOEdit for telling me the 'Source Aspect Ratio' so I know that's correct but what about the other two?

for the Video Source Type and Field Order, your best bet would be to physically look at the source and see if it is interlaced. if it is, then you will have to work out the field order, of which i know the tmpgenc wizard does a great job of that, otherwise read up on this thread:
