problem with anime dvd-r please help

hey here is the situtaion
doing record of loduss war chronical knight
open dvddecrypt
use ifo mode enable stream process
unselect jap language
do direct stream copy
now there are 14 chapters and i only want every other one, all the odd numbers
so i extract them each( chapter 1,3,5,7,9,11,13) into their own directory's
then use vobsplit to take off the begining of each episode
so now i have 7 vobs, rename them vts_01_1 through vts_01_7 into one directory
then open up ifoedit hit create ifo , goes through everything but then locks up after reading all vobs,
so i tryed copying the original ifos from the dvd and use get vts sectors it does so then try to view in power dvd and get an unknown file format
so i am stuck here please help thanx

#1 correct (rename them vts_01_1 through vts_01_7 into one directory)

#2 correct (copying the original ifos)

#3 click the (VOB EXTRAS)

#4 Under "options checked" boxes, check:
"strip streams" (only keep the main audio when the next window pop) up
"correct VOB-units"
"correct ifo tables"
"create new Video_TS.ifo and VTS_01_0.ifo"



Under VOB File Options check boxes:
"remove P-uops"
"adjust Vob-unit pointers"
"adjust audio/subp pointers"
vob size should be set to "1GB"

when it’s all done, then click (get vts sectors)

Oh,,,, I forgot to mention that to my knowledge Power dvd or Win dvd will not play your movie if the folder isn’t named VIDEO_TS

not sure if it will work though it is creatin around 5000 small small vob files,
i will let u know in the morning

k that didnt work tried three times
followed exactly as stated some problems it came up with
made 5,0000+ small vob files
didnt create new ifos
after saying finish correcting vob pointers ifoedit freezez
any other help please
