hi. i'm trying to create a dvd copy with nothing but the movie, english subtitles, and the menu. not special scenes or anything.

i'm using hte guide on this site to do it, DVD -> DVD-5 guide to be presice.
Step 3: Strip out unused menus
when i follow this step, i set everything up just as it says, but when i go to my output directory at the end of it, theres only an ifo file and a bup file. NO VOB FILE .

according to STEP 4 "In step 3 we created a new vts_01_0.vob along with a new vts_01_0.ifo and vts_01_0.bup. "

i've tried with three movies, and they same thing happens. i've got version 0.94 (ifoedit). win xp. and i used DVD decrypter to rip ALL the dvd on to my HDD. even vts_02_x whcih i don't even know what they are.

You can still do it!

just rip the files at 1GB.

just make sure your .vob’s are named like this.

VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB
VTS_01_5.VOB
ect,

I have XP which uses NTFS file system. =16TB Max VS =FAT32 4GB Max

IfoEdit .932 or above should be fine

Man if have XP, you should reformat your HD as NTFS. file system.............................!

Of course this means you’ll have to reinstall the the OS......!!!!!!!!!!!!
