How can I copy the second DVD with the extras

I can copy dvds with just the film on, but how could I copy the second dvd with the extras on to a seperate dvd ? the second dvd (starwars 2) is still way over 4.37gb, so it will still have to be shrunk, can anybody advise me on the best method for coping the second dvd.

Do it exactly how you'd go about ripping the main movie. Re-encode most of the parts if you need to and re-author.

Or, if there is some stuff you don't want, just simply get rid of those and then the filesize might be small enough to not even need to reencode anything.
