N00b DVD Copy Question

When copying a DVD do you have to keep the video_ts.xxx files and then only keep the other VOBs with the main movie in it, or can I just have the main movie files without the video_ts.xxx files. Do I have to have any menu at all? Can I simply use IFOEdit to make the DVD auto play the main movie without going through a menu? If the main movie file it VTS_03_1.VOB and those are the only VOB files Im buring do I need to rename them to VTS_01_1.VOB? Im buying the Pioneer DVR-A04 in 2 weeks and I just wanted to get some questions answered. Thanks.

You need VIDEO_TS.ifo bup for DVD compatibility
the .vob can be forget but it ensure a better compatibility.

How to do is more a Ifoedit forum question, so please post there other questions.

Basically, you rename your main VTS to VTS_01_1.vob to VTS_01_x.vob, launch Ifoedit and then click creates new IFO.
That's it.
