I started to frameserve through VirtualDub text subs into SVCD. Original DivX file has 23.976fps so I encode it into NTSC SVCD .mpg file adding text subs - already as PC is encoding I see in preview that subs are not synchronised with the picture - they are ahead!
What is the correct process when encoding NTSC Film source?
