I usually use vobsub to do my subtitles from DVD's. But recently, they just don't cut it anymore. I convert them to SSA and use that instead. But I noticed that the subs get a little error here and there when encoding. There's like a small glitch in the words. You know what I mean? Anyways, is there a better plugin that can use ssa subtitle files to add subs? I use AVIsynth, btw. ^_^

No, we dont know what you mean. What type of glitch in the words?
And I'm not aware of any subtitle filters besides textsub for avisynth.

What do you mean by small glitch? is it not typed write or misspelled or spacing or a color problem with the subs? because if its a color problem then this is known and going to be fixed in 2.19 of vobsub. And if its spelling or spacing problems then its a problem with OCR'ing your subs and you need to go through your script file to look for these errors before you encode the video.. and Also no i don't know of any other Text filter for Avisynth..
