CCE or TMPG enc best?

Ok, Just want some opinions, CCE 2.5 or TMPGenc 2.57? Is there an mpeg2 codec shootoff floating around?

CCE is suitable for making SVCD (MPEG-2) while TMPG is suitable for making VCD (MPEG-1). LSX gives good quality as well but I prefer CCE because it's very fast! :D
