RM to AVI - What is Thje Best Method???

I hope it is not Trina as I have tried this and it produces God Awful results. Is there an easier way to convert RM to an AVI format directly which might be even faster than real time? Or am I stuck using those programs that capture what is playing on your screen at the present moment (Like Snagit??)? And how come you cannot just make an AVI synth file or why aren't there programs like Media Cleaner 5 that open let you open Real Media files???

And if I am stcuk with Snagit type programs, what is the best one? Snagit or Camtasia? Or are there better ones than this? And when using this programs, does the video have to be full screen or can the video be in any size and Snagit/Camtasia records ONLY the video???

Thanx! EO-Video works great although I have only been able to get it to convert to AVI that has WAV as the audio codec. Is it possible to install the Lame MP3 Codec and use it or Lame can only be used in the command prompt? Because the codec that comes with Divx 3.12 makes the AVI file Picture desynch from sound when I use it, it is only in synch if I use the WAV codec (no compression). Also, anyone know how to get the batch mode working or this thing? Everytime I use it, it creates a file called 1.avi and each file after that it tries to name as 1.avi also instead of retaining the original name and yes I have toyed with the settings and it doesn't work/
