DVDburn do not start for me

Hi.
just get the new tool DVDBurn but it won't launch on my XP.
Start and then... nothing
Sometime I can see a DVDburn.exe as running process but disappears few sec after.
I have nero 5.5.9.17 working fine.
and I do not have anything else XP to test but win98 compatibility mode changes nothing.
Also tried with Nero launched or not. Same

Am I the only one who have this problem ?

Well, I make it run on another XP with Nero installed.
So it's not a XP issue.

Uninstalled all my burning apps, including Nero, reboot, then Install Nero , reboot.
DVDBurn start, but I get a "Failed to iniatialise Nero API", click OK and have access to DVDBurn GUI, but cannot burn.

By the way, can a mod move my thread to Burning section, as I feel it's a better place for this post... Was surely drunk when posted here

I've also implemented the NeroAPI. Please try my proggy to see if this error comes from the NeroAPI...

It can take some time to start the programm (because the API scans the Bus for available drives).

Thank you.
But I feel I had a system error in my XP.

IMAPI service just disappeared from my services list.
I tried to re-intalled SP1 to fix that, changed nothing.
I tried to update from XP to XP and this completly kill my system.
I now need to redo a clean install and I am sure it will fix everything.
I hate waste my time with that.

XP installed again : DVDBurn works fine. Only problem is it burned max speed and its 2X with my hacked 2X4all firmware, but my media need 1X. So I don't know it this prog works, and cannot use it... too bad.
Speed selection is the improvment I need.
