New version of XviD available.

Download is not available due to an error in building (CVS cannot be build in MSVC6). Errorlogs can be picked up for Core, VFW or DShow.

Insta-builds haven't worked for a few weeks. I tried emailing umaniac about it (since he hasn't been around the forum for a while either, that I could see), but haven't gotten a reply. So until he returns to fix the problem (this also used to happen periodically in the past), we're 'stuck' with Koepi and Nic's builds.

Let's hope it's just a minor problem, and that uManiac will be back soon from whatever he's doing.

Sorry guys,
I've been really busy these past few weeks with work. I'm in the middle of changing jobs and needed to do some cleanup before I left, and was also placed into the middle of a time-critical job at my new job. 70 hour weeks really cut into my free time.

I just fixed the instant builds. The 21:40 one for today is working very well.

Just needed a newer version of nasm.
