To be able to help yea we need to know more information. What are you trying to do with it.. How are you doing it.. What type of OS are you using.. post stuff like that and then we might be able to help yea.

i want to see a divx movie with subtitles *.idx and *.sub,i can see the subtitles when seeing othew movies,but when seeing this movie ,vobsub didn't work.i use winxp,i have installed
divx5.02 and dvobsub 2.18.

Well first are the idx/sub files named exactly like the movie is so..
movie.avi
movie.idx
movie.sub

And you are getting a green arrow in the tray or no arrow at all?

And can you load the subtitles into SubResync and view the subs there.. Check the times in the subs to make sure they didn't get changed and they just haven't shown up yet..
