srt to dvd

hello
is there any free software that render text subs (.srt for exemple) to dvd subs ?
i found one few days ago but it was a commercial one (stream sub text which is a good one, but limited to few lines)

yes, use subrip to convert it to ssa format, then use MaestroSBT to make the bmp's in DVD format
