DivX AVI -> VCD [Archive]

Can anyone help?

I have 50Mb DivX .avi file I'd like to turn in to a VCD.

How would I go about re-encoding it?

start TMPGenc, choice a vcd profile(ntsc/pal/ntsc_film), open the avi in TMPGenc, which will do everything for it.
