Dear DVD2SVCD,
though I could not find it in the forum, probably many others have discovered already that the first line in SVCDinfo.txt is:
"GENEREL INFO"
Could you pls change it to "GENERAL INFO" ... or at least generate that file right before the avisynth phase, to be able to edit it before vcdxbuild comes?
Thx,
Z

Sure, it might make it look a little better, but does it really matter? It doesn't cause any problems or anything...

For all we (or at least I) know, Generel could be the proper spelling where D2S is from :D

And you are talking about spelling mistakes?
Take a look at you subject.
Ok bad joke. I edited the title, but really I would much rather have him fixing a bug or two then worrying about a small spelling error. I am sure he will fix it in time. Unless he did it on purpose.

Guys, forget about it.
In the meantime I hacked the binary with a hex editor so now it writes "GENERAL" into the output file.
I don't know if I violated the license conditions of D2S though, since I could not find it. Does it have any?
;)

Hacks of this nature have never been an issue in the past.
As I understand it you are free to do whatever you want with what you downloaded, but just don't distribute the hacked version.

Have to disagree a little. The most useless thread I ever saw was one that asked the same question that was literally one thread away and that was answered in the Q+A.
