The error is something about not being able to import the file at 710 because something already resides there. I think it's talking about starting sectors but I'm not sure.

I fixed this problem by simply following the instructions in "Final adjustments for DVD -> DVD-R/W rips" guide. This guide can be accessed at the end of any one of the Ifoedit guides. Let me know if it fixes your problem.

I didn't know that after encoding you'd have to do a GetVTS again. Since the ifo's and vob's are created by the authoring software why would you even have to use IFOedit again. Just wondering. I'll try it just to see what happens.

Well, I was actually following the "IfoEdit & CCE guide" and I forgot to apply the last step that I mentioned and I tried to burn it with Gear Pro. That's when I got that error.

I heard that Gear Pro does not burn unless your sources are 100% DVD complient, which is a good thing. I guess this is the area where Nero is lacking.

Doing GetVTS seems to solve the issue but I don't understand why. If all of the supporting files are created fresh using Sonic Scenarist, why would GetVTS fix anything. It works so I guess that's all that matters.
