I am having problems producing a DVD using Maestro. It plays OK for about 40 minutes and then suffers from severe picture break up.
The video is 1hr 50minutes long and has been produced and encoded (5 Mb/sec) on a Digisuite Max system. Audio is encoded as AC3 using Softencode and the project has 9 chapter points.
The problem has remained when I have tried the following:
1.Used three different types of blank media
2. Produced DVD without audio
3. Produced DVD with Spruceup (exactly the same problem)
4. Produced Title Set on hard drive via Spruceup and played from there.
In general the problem always seems to be in the same areas on the disk.
I also had an error when importing the video file into Spruceup unless it had been imported into Maestro first.
As a last resort I used ReelDvd and it worked with no playback problems. Can anyone suggest what the problem is likely to be or am I doomed forever to have to work with ReelDvd.
