New sample based on EX1

I just got done making an example based on (EX1 and a fresh cvs checkout) but is not linked to any xvid libarary. It seems to be working well for encoding and decoding. However, what format does it output in?

I'll post it to the board later so others can play with it and maybe commit it if its good enough.

It will output raw m4v streams I suppose. Not terribly useful in itself, but it can then be muxed with MPEG4IP tools.
